Limited Warranty

This Limited Product Warranty outlines the warranty protections Algorithm Overland LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") provides to the original end-user purchaser ("Consumer", "you") of the Kitchen Cube hardware ecosystem and associated components. It applies strictly to physical goods purchased directly from Algorithm Overland LLC or our authorized distributors, and is governed by our Terms of Use.

We warrant that the core proprietary hardware components manufactured by the Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, authorized use during the warranty periods below:

• Aluminum chassis & frame — 5 years Structural failure, weld cracks, and manufacturing defects causing loss of structural integrity under rated load capacities.
• Moving parts & hardware — 1 year Mechanical failure or structural defects of handles, hinges, screws, mounting brackets, internal drawer slides, latches, and locking mechanisms.
• Finish & powder coating — 90 days Severe peeling, blistering, or cracking of the powder coat resulting directly from a manufacturing application error.

Each warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser. Valid proof of purchase is required to establish eligibility.

The Kitchen Cube may be sold as a bundled solution containing curated third-party accessories, tools, and utensils not manufactured by Algorithm Overland LLC — including, without limitation, cooking plates, drinkware, cups, knives, forks, cooking utensils, portable stoves, and gas burner assemblies.

"AS-IS" status. All third-party products and accessories packaged inside or sold alongside the Kitchen Cube are provided strictly "AS-IS" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, from Algorithm Overland LLC.

Pass-through manufacturer warranty. To the extent permitted by the respective third-party manufacturers, we pass through any original manufacturer warranties directly to you. We do not process, approve, or service third-party warranty claims; claims regarding third-party items (for example, knives, stove valves, plates, or burner units) must be directed to their respective manufacturer.

This Warranty is limited to manufacturing and material defects and does not apply to:

• Wear & tear Gradual degradation, superficial scratches, dents, scuffs, fading of the finish, weathering, or natural cosmetic discoloration from standard use, outdoor exposure, and rugged off-road environments.
• Misuse & abuse Failure to properly secure, mount, or install the unit on or within a vehicle; exceeding specified weight or load ratings; dropping the unit; off-road impacts; accidents; or exposure to corrosive chemical agents.
• Unauthorized modification Any product altered, drilled, welded, structurally modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized representative of Algorithm Overland LLC.
• Improper storage Corrosion, rust, mold, or degradation from storing the unit in moisture, water-logging, extreme humidity, or prolonged harsh elements.

If a valid claim under Section 1 is received within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our discretion, elect to: (1) repair the defect at no charge using new or refurbished parts; (2) replace the affected component or the entire unit with a new or functionally equivalent product; or (3) refund the purchase price of the specific defective component, or a prorated portion of the hardware kit. Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.

Shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our facility for evaluation. If we confirm a valid warranty claim, we will pay to ship the repaired or replacement unit back to you.

Limitation of damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Algorithm Overland LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, failure, or performance of our products — including property damage, vehicle damage, lost profits, trip disruptions, alternative equipment rentals, or backcountry rescue expenses — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Implied warranties. Where the law does not permit their exclusion, any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the applicable warranty periods stated in Section 1. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Non-waivable liability. Nothing in this Warranty limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for claims under the New Jersey Product Liability Act.

This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the binding-arbitration provisions of our Terms of Use, any dispute not resolved through arbitration must be brought solely in the state or federal courts located in or serving Bergen County, New Jersey.

If any provision of this Warranty is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To start a warranty claim:

• 1 Email support@algorithmoverland.com.
• 2 Provide your full name, original order number, delivery address, and date of purchase.
• 3 Attach clear, high-resolution photos or video of the alleged manufacturing or material defect.
• 4 Include a description of the circumstances under which the failure occurred.

Please do not ship any product to us without a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); unsolicited shipments may be returned at the sender's expense.
