Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Algorithm Overland equipment is precision-manufactured for serious overlanders. Because our products are built to exacting standards and shipped with care, we ask that all return requests follow the policy below. We stand behind our gear — and we expect the same respect for it in return.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must meet the strict criteria outlined below.

Because our equipment is designed for precision vehicle integration and high-durability storage, returned items must pass inspection before a refund is issued.

• Unused & Brand New The item must be completely unused, free of scratches, dings, mounting marks, or wear of any kind.
• Original Packaging The item must be returned in all its original packaging, including protective foam, corner guards, and the original shipping box.
• All Components Included All internal dividers, hardware, keys, or mounting accessories must be included in the return.

To ensure fair and transparent pricing for all our customers, we do not build the hidden costs of "free return shipping" into our retail prices.

• Customer Responsibility The cost of return shipping is fully covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective from our facility.
• Return Labels Upon approval of your return request, we will generate a commercial-rate UPS or FedEx return shipping label and email it to you — so you benefit from our high-volume corporate shipping discounts.
• Deduction from Refund The actual cost of the return shipping label provided by Algorithm Overland will be deducted from your final refund amount.

All qualifying returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers individual unit structural inspection, surface sanitization, custom repacking, and re-entry into our active warehouse management system.

If your cargo box arrives damaged from transit or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
